Professor Marc Cohen is on a mission to realise worldwide wellness, bathe the world, and help people tame their toxic load so they can live happy, long and healthy lives. Marc has been at the forefront of the wellness revolution for more than three decades through teaching, events, publishing, research, clinical work and community engagement. As a medical doctor with PhDs in Chinese Medicine and biomedical engineering Marc is one of Australia’s pioneers of integrative and holistic medicine who has published over 100 peer-reviewed scientific papers and multiple books on wellness topics. He is a Board Member of the Global Wellness Summit, Adjunct Professor at the National Institute of Complementary Medicine Health Research Institute at the University of Western Sydney, Co-founder of the Bathe The World Foundation Ltd and Founder of the Extreme Wellness Institute.”
Nicole Bijlsma is the founder and principal of the Australian College of Environmental Studies (est. 1999) which provides the only nationally accredited training in Building Biology, Mould Testing and Electromagnetic Field testing in Australia. She is the founder of the Healthy Home (Building Biology) movement in Australia, bestselling author (Healthy Home Healthy Family) and currently completing her PhD which explores the impact of environmental exposures on human health and their ramifications for clinical practice. Nicole has lectured at tertiary institutions for over 30 years, has published in peer reviewed journals and is regularly consulted by the media to discuss mould, electromagnetic fields and toxic chemicals, and lectures in Australia and abroad about environmental health issues.
Nina Gbor is the founder of Eco Styles, an award-winning sustainability advocate, ethical fashion speaker, writer, educator and climate activist. Her work is derived from research and lived experiences in the global South and global North with focus on equity, social justice and development. Nina has a master’s in International Development and is a former sustainable fashion tutor in short courses at RMIT University in Melbourne. She coined the phrase “get off the fashion TRENDmill (or fashion treadmill) to address fashion overconsumption — It’s the notion that individuality and self-knowledge should be the premise for consuming clothing, not fashion trends.
